All our makeup courses are taught by experienced specialist makeup and hair tutors. Many have had long careers in the BBC or on feature films, and work freelance in the industry.

Recent visiting specialists include BAFTA winner Chrissie Baker and make-up designer Paul Gooch. Materials and equipment on all our courses are state of the art, including a high definition camera and monitor for viewing makeups on camera. Any kit (or airbrushing compressor) included with your course is yours to keep.

What's included

Our Makeup courses are highly intensive and tightly structured, with all materials included, providing excellent value for money. Where individual kits are provided, they are yours to keep at the end. The kits provided to students on our 10-week TV, Film and Theatre course is worth over £800.

Helping in your career

We follow up your training (at no extra cost) with hands-on work experience through our close links with the industry. During the course, our tutors and visitors are often open to requests for work experience, and occasionally students started work in West End theatres while they are still training. But the course is intensive - and we generally suggest you complete the course first to make the most of any opportunity.
